 Surprised to see the poor reviews by a good few to this movie. I had set my expectations low walking to this movie, and was pleasantly surprised and found it really good.

Kabzaa is a mass masala movie showcasing rise of the underdog to the helm of underworld. This journey involves violence, double plays, shrewdness, and a devil may care attitude by the hero Arkeshwara, played superbly by Upendra.

Without dwelling into the positives that others have already highlighted, I'd say the criticism is because this movie does not have the same hype and buildup to the hero and villans like KGF. While the hero is also unbeatable who can take down a huge gang by himself, this movie has a more touch of realism and also less of the overly emotinal sentiments seen in KGF.

If you are someone who likes masala action movies without overly unrealistic scenes and exaggerated emotional sentiments, you will find this movie surprisingly good.

I don't know what's wrong with KFI... All actors are mad behind Pan India release. Invest crores and give a KGF feel cinematography add Ravi Basrur BGM overhype the villains add mother sentiment and movie is ready. 

Story, screenplay, VFX does it synchronise to what you are showing doesn't matter just attract the audience with a high budget & so called Pan India movie will be ready. I really didn't had any expectations on R. Chandru coz we know how good is he in making movies...

His past movies are classic examples of dabba direction. But what's wrong with Upendra?? Like Yash, Sudeep, Darshan he also want a multilanguage Pan India movie on his name? Ravi Basrur has exhausted with his music, he just repeats the same KGF style bgm in every movie it actually irritates. Editing and VFX are very poor it looks so fake in few scenes. 

At every scene a villain enters before getting a screen space he gets killed by hero. Let me be frank R. Chandru wanted to create a hype and want recognition like Prashant Neel but fact is he utterly failed and became a laughingstock. Atleast he should have done some homework, depth in story writing & screenplay. Upendra is a talented person but in these overhyped director story he has lost that authenticity.

Sudeep & Shivanna doesn't have minimal screen presence... May be in part 2 they have much to do. In the end a humble request to KFI stop this Pan India stupidity just to fulfill your ego don't spoil the film industry. Let's stick to our language and if it's good everyone will watch now OTT flatforms has removed that language barrier.

Vasantha Mullai is a pretty good comeback for bobby simha. The movie deals about blackouts and sleep paralysis and just says enough sleep is need by an human which IT People Lack alot today and facing lots of issues. 

The First Half is just an average life of how an IT Guy trying to spend with his gf/fiancé in his day to day life when he does a project, its okay will bore a bit of people. Second half seems like a paradox type Rudhran(Bobby) Imagines.

Surprisingly the movie is pretty short compared to lot of movies with unwanted stuff that increase the time, this was straight to point. Arya just felt like a cameo could have hired someone to cut costs.

Basically Everything in the second half is an imagination. The ending just twists and confuses a bit since there is apparently 2 bobby simha and it just ends in a cliffhanger. It had its pros and cons and Feel IT should watch this(its pretty short too). 

It can have 4 stars. Hope Bobby Simha and Kashmira Does more movies in the future.Movies aim is juts Please get some sleep. 

Thank god I did not read review before watching this film I did not know it's about sleep I first thought it's horror then thriller then killer then again horror and then at last it was a surprise.

it kept me at edge of my seat ,I don't know why so many people did not have brain to understand this film,one of the best movies I watched in recent times ,kudos to the team ,first 15-30 mins or so I got bored and switched off the movie then later I decided to watch and felt very Happy for watching it 

I think people who don't understand the movie only comments its a waste ,cannot blame their IQ it's okay ,I wish this movie was a blockbuster ,but it's okay anyways many amazing films like ayirathil oruvan ,uthama villan was a flop at that point of time 10 years later people loved it.

 This might have been better as a series. I kept feeling like I was seeing an abridged version of a longer story - too many characters with not enough of a background for me to understand their context, many scenes drag on and then many scenes happen much too quickly. At the beginning, people jump to conclusions too soon, which makes it seem completely scripted and thus unconvincing. 

But it's an interesting story, and I'd have loved to see a meatier version over 4-5 episodes. Vikrant Massey is fantastic, Chitrangada Singh shines in the second half.

I felt the plot was very predictable, especially Vikrant & Chitrangada relationship. Sara couldn't do the heavy lifting part of this movie and was not convincing enough in many scenes. I found her performance rather flat out, no modulation in her voice. Other actors did well, especially loved Akshay Oberoi as cousin of Meesha.

The movie name is Gaslight.. because they used gaslight to shoot this movie.

nothing apart from that, Vikrant Massey and Chitrangada Singh performed well, they could have chosen a better script especially some better lighting in the film. Felt sorry for them, Sara's acting disappointed.

Watch it if you are too free to watch and couldn't find anything to watch.

It was a good movie.

At first I thought it was slightly predictable, but I was wrong.

It will keep you hooked till the end.Vikrant Massey is brilliant, I am happy that he is getting the screenplay he deserves.

Overall, If you like thriller, you must watch it in your free time.

Faraaz is a hostage drama based on a true incident in 2016, when a group of five heavily-armed young men took over a cafe in Dhaka one night. In the firing, several diners, most of them foreigners, were killed. One of the hostages was Faraaz, a Bangladeshi Muslim, the scion of a wealthy, connected family. Showing exemplary courage, he stands up for his companions, one of them a Hindu. On the morning after, when the dazed survivors file out, Faraaz is not with them.

It is clear why Hansal Mehta, whose work has consistently challenged the status quo, was drawn to making this film. At a time where rampant bigotry and muscular nationalism is on the rise, films which give us humans of all shades are more than welcome. The five youngsters who are arrayed on one side, shooting to kill without a shred of remorse, do so because they have been brainwashed, not because they are intrinsically evil.

Faraaz (Zahan Kapoor) is probably the same age as those young men. In fact, the leader of the group (Aditya Rawal) has known Faraaz from before. He could have taken the offer of freedom held out to him, and gone straight into the arms of his distraught mother (Juhi Babbar), who has been raising Cain, yelling and shouting at the anti-terrorists force assembled outside, waiting for an opportune moment to go in.

The film begins, literally, with a series of bangs, as the terrorists walk into the clearly upscale eatery, spraying bullets, leaving diners slumped over their tables. Then begins the ordeal, as the gathering is targeted on the basis of their nationality and religion, and the armed men herd the rest into the middle of the room, waiting for their handler to spread the word.

But ‘Faraaz’, which aims to be more nuanced than the standard Good Muslim vs Bad Muslim narrative, doesn’t leave as much of an impact as it should have. The material the plot is based on is powerful, and the theme important. But you can never quite shake off the feeling of artifice: the busy streets of Dhaka feel real, but the cafe feels like a set, and the violent happenings inside keep feeling as if they are being enacted. The security detail comes off amateurish. And when a couple of the terrorists clash over the strength of their ideology, it feels more stagey than menacing. And that’s the trouble with the film.

However, the narration in the second half diverted to a very slow paced melodrama and will make you feel to wait for the climax. Once you enter climax fight, you feel to thank the director for bringing the climax atleast then.

But the climax fight goes on and on and on to test your patience, and finally the movie end up soon. You will thank God for finishing the movie finally. I gave 2 stars because, the director showed the Telangana especially singareni area people as drunkards without any aim.

I won't undermine the performance of any actor in the film. They all gave their best. The story should have been more gripping and narration should have been at a better pace.
